At PayMore Wake Forest, our Retail Sales Associates get hands-on every day with the coolest technology—testing, evaluating, and showcasing devices that excite tech enthusiasts of all ages. You'll be the go-to expert helping customers unlock value from their old gear while discovering amazing deals on pre-owned treasures.

What You'll Do

• Work with Epic Tech Daily: Evaluate incoming electronics (think latest smartphones, gaming consoles, laptops, drones, and VR systems) for condition and value using our advanced tools. Wipe data securely and offer instant top-dollar cash payouts—turning customers' unused devices into quick cash!
• Master Buy, Sell, and Trade Transactions: Guide customers through seamless buy-sell-trade experiences. Whether they're selling a broken iPhone for parts, trading up to a new gaming rig, or buying a certified pre-owned drone, you'll make the process fun, fair, and hassle-free while building lasting relationships.
• Deliver Wow-Worthy Customer Service: Greet tech lovers with enthusiasm, demo products in-store (play a quick game on a console or show off VR capabilities), and share your knowledge to help them find the perfect match from our curated inventory.
• Keep the Store Buzzing: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space; process sales with our easy POS system; and collaborate with the team to hit goals and keep the energy high.

Qualifications
